Project Overview

This custom heat sink assembly was designed and manufactured for a high-power LED lighting system. The project required optimal thermal dissipation performance while maintaining compact dimensions and lightweight construction.

Using advanced CNC milling and extrusion techniques, we created a heat sink with precisely engineered fin geometry and surface area to maximize heat transfer efficiency. The anodized finish provides both corrosion resistance and enhanced thermal emissivity.
